 We launched Brinker Consulting Group LLC to provide business advisory and consulting services with the breadth and depth of experience, expertise and knowledge normally found in large organizations, but with the agility and affordability of a  small company. We offer services in the areas of continuous process improvement, innovation and growth, marketing and sales, strategic planning, and customized  Lean Six Sigma training and project implementation services.  Additionally, we have experience in corporate and individual fundraising, capital campaign planning and execution, and volunteer management services-  to include advisory board and committee management services.
